My go to when it comes to meal prep. We love love love meatballs in our family. So many ways to dress them up, and they are always a big hit. I always do a double batch as these don’t last long in our home.
I use montreal seasoning instead of salt. If the kiddos aren’t going to be home for a couple of days, then I add cayenne pepper and/or crushed red pepper for a little extra kick.
Yummy! All finished and ready to eat. I wonder how long they will last this time?! Last batch only lasted a few days. 🙂
