The kids recently developed an obsession with Legos, and I’m not going to lie when I say that us grown ups have found that we love them too. It’s become one of our favorite things to do together, so how perfect would LEGOLAND be for our next adventure?!

Parents have been telling us that its a waste and they didn’t enjoy themselves, but we had to see for ourselves.

The kids of course had to have their maps so they could navigate us through the park. These two always have to know exactly where we are going, and I love it!

They also insisted on touching every single statue. “Momma we have to make sure they are Legos.”

Childhood is about playing, discovering, and believing in dreams. The imagination and possibilities are endless.

The kids are probably the perfect age right now. Annabelle is 4 and David is almost 6. They were so excited all day, and they had enough energy to make it through the whole park. I’d say that ages 3-7 are probably the best ages to go.

All of the characters and statues were so adorable. Did we plan to match? Maybe 😉

I love that the park gave the kids the opportunity to ride on some rides without us. Helping to build their confidence, and making them feel like “big kids”.

There’s nothing more pure than an innocent child’s smile. No greater sound than the sound of a child’s laughter.

It’s funny because David is usually our much more cautious one, always nervous… but when it comes to rides, as long as he has one of us by his side, he wants to go on every ride possible!

Annabelle is our adventurous one. Miss independent. Although she did get really scared on the LEGO Technic Coaster. The next day when we walked by she was sure to tell us that she didn’t want to go on that ride again. 🙂

This guy has developed such a personality since starting Kindergarten this year.

Tiny City was so neat! So much detail to everything and the area was huge. We all wanted to go home and add to our little LEGO city we were creating.

This year in 2020, LEGOLAND California is adding a new land, Movie Land. We will most definitely be back to check it out before the kiddos get too old. In our opinion… LEGOLAND is totally worth it!

Kids don’t need more toys… they need more adventures.
